1. About Kurrista

Kurrista is a cloud kitchen operating in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, offering freshly prepared food for delivery and takeaway. We do not provide dine-in services.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order with Kurrista, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
  • You will use our services only for lawful purposes.

3. Ordering

  • Orders may be placed through our website, mobile devices, telephone, messaging platforms, or authorized third-party platforms.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Kurrista reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion.
  • Product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual presentation may vary.

4. Pricing

  • All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes, packaging charges, delivery charges, and platform fees (if any) will be displayed before checkout.
  • Promotional offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.

5. Payments

We accept payments through approved payment gateways, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, Cash on Delivery (where available), and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Kurrista shall not be responsible for any payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or technical issues beyond our control.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery is available only within our designated service areas.
  • Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, operational constraints, festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
  • If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or provides incorrect delivery information, the order may be deemed completed and no refund shall be applicable.
  • Delivery personnel may contact customers for directions or confirmation of location.

7. Takeaway Orders

  • Customers choosing takeaway are responsible for collecting their orders from the designated pickup location.
  • Orders not collected within a reasonable period may be discarded for food safety reasons without refund.

8. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before food preparation begins.
  • Once food preparation has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Kurrista Cancellation

Kurrista reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Ingredient unavailability
  • Technical errors
  • Operational limitations
  • Safety concerns
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Order cancelled by Kurrista
  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed
  • Incorrect order delivered
  • Missing items verified by Kurrista
  • Quality issues reported within a reasonable time after delivery

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on banking systems.

Refunds shall not be provided for:

  • Customer taste preferences
  • Delays caused by incorrect delivery details
  • Customer unavailability at delivery
  • Minor variations in appearance or packaging

10. Food Allergies & Dietary Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before ordering.

While we take reasonable precautions, our kitchen handles multiple ingredients including dairy, nuts, gluten, soy, eggs, seafood, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Customers with severe allergies should contact us before placing an order.

11. Food Quality & Safety

Kurrista follows applicable food safety and hygiene standards.

Food should be consumed promptly after delivery or collection. Kurrista shall not be responsible for food quality issues arising from improper storage, reheating, or delayed consumption after delivery.

12. User Conduct

Users shall not:

  • Provide false information
  • Abuse, threaten, or harass staff or delivery personnel
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions
  • Misuse promotional offers

Violation may result in suspension or refusal of future service.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kurrista website, including logos, branding, text, graphics, menu descriptions, photographs, and designs, remains the property of Kurrista and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Kurrista shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

15. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Kurrista, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described therein.

16. Force Majeure

Kurrista shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, strikes, government restrictions, internet outages, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or other emergencies.

Kurrista may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this website and become effective immediately upon publication.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
